All About No: Reframing Rejection

NEW LIVE WORKSHOP DATE: December 6th, 2022 8pm-9:30pm EST

A workshop on rejection: how to handle it, how to give it, and why it is so difficult for us. In this workshop I will be teaching along side my colleague, friend, and consent educator Sarah Casper of Comprehensive Consent on how to understand why we feel strong feelings accompanying rejection. In this workshop we will learn about the evolutionary adaptation that we have developed to rejection, saying and hearing no, discuss how socialization plays a part in the rejection experience, and gain skills for handling both sides of the rejection experience.

This is a LIVE EVENT! You will receive an email to the zoom link immediately upon purchase. The recording will be available to those who purchase tickets after the event as well. If you cannot make the event you will still receive the recording.
